We have added a new class to the group fitness and senior fitness schedules and it is offered 3 times a week! Weight Room Orientation classes are offered to teach you how to use the weight machines, cardio equipment, proper form, and gym etiquette. This is great for beginners or someone who needs brushed up with how the machines work. It is FREE to members. Members will meet the certified trainers in the Circle For Life (room off of the weight room) to go over some general rules of the weight room at the beginning of each session. You may take 1 or several of the classes. Each session will differ due to the amount of members using the weight room and how many attend the class. Classes will be 30-45 minutes. Weekly classes are as scheduled:
Monday 7:30 pm with Brandon
Wednesday 11:00 am with Vicki
Saturday 9:00 am with Vicki
You will not get a full workout. This is designed to teach you how to use the equipment and lifting form. Personal Training packages are available for a fee for individual workouts.
