Youth Gymnastics

Busy Bees (ages 3-4) 45 minutes
This class is designed for a safe and fun environment that will increase motor skills, develop social interactions, teach basic coordination, flexibility, turn taking and listening skills. They will be working on getting familiar with the very basic skills on beam, vault, parallel bars, uneven bars, floor and trampoline.

Gymnastics 1 (ages 6-18) 55 minutes
These children will learn the basic coordination skills needed for physical movement through gymnastics. This class will begin work on form and repetition, which will give the children the strong foundation needed to learn more difficult stunts. They will learn the basic skills on vault, beam, parallel bars, uneven bars, floor, and trampoline.

Gymnastics 2 ( ages 6-18) 55 minutes
Students will begin to learn all the events of Beginning Gymnastics 1, with more challenging skills being introduced. Int./Adv.

Tumbling 1 ( ages 6-18) 1-1/2 hours
These classes focus on basic skills on the floor and tumble track, such as rolls back and front, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge, with strong emphasis on proper form and conditioning. Tumbling is highly recommended for cheerleaders, gymnasts and dancers.

Tumbling 2 (ages 6-18) 1-1/2 hours
Students will begin to learn all events of Beginner Tumbling 1 with more challenging skills being introduced like round-offs, front walkovers, one-hand cartwheels, back walkovers, handstand forward rolls, & back handsprings. Students must be able to perform a front limber before taking this class.

Gymnastics 1: 5:00-5:55 Ages 6+
Boys Gymnastics 1: 6:00-6:55 Ages 6+

Wednesday
Tumbling 1 : 4:00—5:30 pm Age 6 +
Tumbling 2: 5:30—7:00 pm Age 6 +
Gymnastics 2: 7:05-8:00 pm Age 6+

Thursdays
Busy Bees: 5:15-6:00 Ages 3-5
Gymnastics: 1 6:10-7:05 Ages 6+
Tumbling 1: 7:15-8:45 Ages 6+

Saturdays
Busy Bees: 9:30-10:15 Ages 3-5
Open Gym: 10:15-11:15 Ages 6+

7 week sessions
$25 member, $50 non member
Open gym is free for members, $5 non members

Spring Session 2 begins February 27th
Spring Session 2 begins April 17th
